Last updated: October 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how OxygenLab (“OxygenLab”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit www.oxygenlabus.com (the “Site”) or buy from us. OxygenLab is based in Hillsboro, Oregon, USA. All products sold on the Site are for laboratory research use only.

Information We Collect

Information you give us

  • Account and order details: name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, order history, and the account password you choose (stored only in encrypted, hashed form).
  • Payment information: we do not collect or store credit or debit card numbers. Zelle and Venmo payments are made in your own banking or payment app. Cryptocurrency payments are processed by NOWPayments on its own platform; we receive the payment status and transaction reference, not your wallet credentials.
  • Messages: information you send through our contact form, chat assistant, email, or back-in-stock and newsletter sign-ups.
  • Educational checklist: If you sign up for our educational checklist, we store your email, optional name and role, and your consent record, and use them only to send educational content. Unsubscribe any time.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring site, and the date and time of your visit.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: small files used to keep your cart and login working, remember preferences, measure traffic, and measure advertising (see “Cookies and Tracking” below).
  • Checkout activity: if you enter your email at checkout but do not finish your order, we may save the cart and email so we can send a reminder.

How We Use Information

  • Process, ship and support your orders, including sending order confirmations and shipping updates.
  • Create and manage your account.
  • Respond to questions and provide customer support.
  • Send marketing emails if you subscribe, and cart or back-in-stock reminders you request. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
  • Run, secure and improve the Site, including detecting fraud, abuse and attacks.
  • Measure site traffic and the performance of our advertising.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.

Who We Share Information With

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for the purposes above:

  • Shipping: FedEx and other carriers receive your name, shipping address and phone number to deliver your order.
  • Payments: NOWPayments (cryptocurrency payments).
  • Email: Omnisend (marketing and transactional email) and our email delivery service.
  • Analytics and advertising: Google (Google Analytics and Site Kit) and Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel) receive device, browsing and event data, such as pages viewed and purchases.
  • Website hosting, security and site tools: our hosting provider (Hostinger), WordPress and WooCommerce services including Jetpack, our security firewall (Wordfence), and our chat assistant provider (Botpress).
  • Legal and safety: we may disclose information if required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, property or safety of OxygenLab, our customers or others.
  • Business transfers: if OxygenLab is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell personal information for money. Our use of advertising cookies such as the Meta Pixel may be considered “sharing” for targeted advertising under some state laws. You can opt out as described below.

Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies (cart, checkout, login, security), analytics cookies (Google Analytics), and advertising cookies (Meta Pixel). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential features such as the cart and checkout may not work without them. To limit advertising tracking, you can also use Google’s opt-out tools at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and adjust your ad preferences in your Meta account settings.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: our Site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. If you would like us to stop sharing your information for advertising, contact us using the details below and we will honor the request.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes, generally up to seven years. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete your account. Abandoned-cart data is kept for a limited time and then deleted. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

How We Protect Information

We use HTTPS encryption across the entire Site, a web application firewall, login protection, hashed password storage and restricted administrator access. No website can guarantee complete security, but we work to protect your information and will notify you as required by law if a security breach affects your personal information.

Your Choices and Rights

  • Access and correction: you can view and update your account details at any time on the My Account page.
  • Deletion: you can ask us to delete your personal information. We may keep records we are legally required to retain, such as order and tax records.
  • Marketing: unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.
  • State privacy rights: depending on where you live (for example California or Oregon), you may have additional rights to know what information we hold, request a copy, request deletion or correction, and opt out of targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

To make a request, email info@oxygenlabus.com with the subject “Privacy Request”. We may need to verify your identity before completing it, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

The Site is intended only for adults aged 21 and over who are qualified researchers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice, such as a notice on the Site.
